home...

I ask him what his favorite memory of the trip is?  The beach?  The condo?  Riding with Grandpa Jim? Nope, Colton shakes his head emphatically.

Well, I ask, what is it then?

Coming home!! He says with a silly grin.  My bed!  My own room again!

He then proceeds to say "and playing with my cousins, finding shells, seeing dolphins right out of our room, everything- pretty much its all my favorite. "

I couldn't agree more.

I surprised myself by only taking a few hundred photos- um, for me that isn't a lot.

But as I looked through them, I saw that they truly capture the essence of our time together and over the next few days, I will share more.

I see Dr. Panwalkar this morning and then will have infusion.

  10. So glad you were able to go, Vicky, and equally happy that you are home in your own digs. That one photo of the sun seeming to rent the clouds in two is spectacular. Lots of metaphors could be injected there but I'd love to have a copy of that. GREAT capture. Thinking of you today and have something to send you. Will try to get it in the mail by tomorrow. Big hugs.
